What is Flowhaven Support?
Flowhaven Support is a one stop shop for all Flowhaven related support needs, including:
- Communication with the Flowhaven Customer Success Team
- Ticketing system
- Keep track of open items
- Communicate with customer success on outstanding requests, questions, and ideas
- Review the current status of your tickets and interact with them as needed
- User Guides
- Flowhaven support articles for you and your external Flowhaven users
How to access the site:
- https://support.flowhaven.com/hc/en-us
- Click "Sign In"
- Login with your personal work email (Such as user@flowhaven.com)
- Password: Set this up the first time you log in
Password Reset
Note: This portal is separate from your Company Org
- From the main page https://support.flowhaven.com/hc/en-us, click "Sign in"
- Click the "Forgot password?"
- Enter your email address and click "Submit"
- An email will be sent to to walk you through the password reset process
Tickets and Support
Moving forward, there are two methods of creating a support request:
- Email: help@flowhaven.com
- Fill out the support request form:
- From Webpage, select “Submit a Request”
Request Form
- Subject: General Ticket Name
- Request Type: Required
- Idea = Submit ideas for improving Flowhaven
- Bug = Something is not working as it should
- Question = Inquiry about Flowhaven
- Task = Request related to your Flowhaven setup
- Module: Optional
- Design Approval
- Content
- Agreement
- Financial
- Other
- Description:
- Details of your ticket
- Attachments:
- Pictures, videos etc
Where are your tickets?
From the main Flowhaven Support Page:
- Click your user name
- Click Requests
- Click any of the Open Tickets to view details

- Status of ticket
- Open
- Awaiting your reply
- Solved
- “Add to conversation”
- Where you type your message back to the Flowhaven Team
- “Mark as solved”
- Status of ticket
