This guide provides step-by-step instructions for resetting your password if you have forgotten it or need to create a new one. Please follow each step carefully to avoid any issues, particularly the instructions in Step 5 regarding the reset link.
Steps to Reset Your Password:
Step 1: Go to the Login Page
- Open your account’s login page.
Step 2: Click “Forgot Password”
- On the login page, click on the “Forgot Password” link to initiate the reset process.
Step 3: Enter Your Username
- Enter your username when prompted.
- Note: Your username might differ from your email address. If unsure, please confirm with your system administrator.
Step 4: Check Your Email for the Reset Link
- You’ll receive an email with a password reset link at your registered email address.
- Be sure to check your inbox and, if necessary, the spam or junk folders.
Step 5: Open the Reset Link Carefully

Important: Instead of clicking the link directly, copy the URL and paste it into a new browser tab or use an incognito/private browsing window.
- Why: Certain email or security tools may pre-load the link when you click it, causing it to expire prematurely. Copying and pasting reduces this risk.

If the Link is Expired:
