If you're unable to preview or download files in Flowhaven, try the following troubleshooting steps.
1. Check the file type
Not all file types support in-browser preview.
Supported preview formats include:
- JPEG (.jpg, .jpeg)
- PNG (.png)
- PDF (.pdf)
Other file types may only be available for download rather than preview.
2. Check the file size
Large files may take longer to load or may not preview depending on your browser and network connection.
If possible, try opening a smaller file to determine whether the issue is file-specific.
3. Refresh the page
Refresh the page and try opening the file again.
If the issue persists, perform a hard refresh:
- Windows: Ctrl + Shift + R
- Mac: Cmd + Shift + R
4. Use Google Chrome
For the best experience, we recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome.
If you're already using Chrome:
- Open Flowhaven in an Incognito window.
- Disable browser extensions temporarily (such as ad blockers or security extensions).
- Ensure your browser is up to date.
5. Clear your browser cache
Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then sign in to Flowhaven again.
6. Check your network
If you're connected through a corporate network, VPN, or firewall, these may prevent files from loading correctly.
If possible, try accessing Flowhaven from a different network.
7. Check whether the issue affects all files
Try opening multiple files and determine whether the issue affects:
- all files,
- only a specific file,
- only your user account, or
- multiple users in your organization.
This information can help identify the cause of the issue.
